The ISO will hold a stakeholder call on Nov. 12, 2018 to discuss the draft tariff language and draft Business Practice Manuals (BPMs) for the Commitment Cost Enhancements Phase 3 initiative.
The ISO published draft BPM proposed changes and draft tariff clarifications language to provide stakeholders with an opportunity for review and comment. The ISO filed a tariff waiver request to delay the effective date of the initiative to April 1, 2019.
The draft tariff language and draft BPMs are available for stakeholder review on the initiative web page at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/CommitmentCostEnhancements.aspx. Please submit written comments on the draft language and draft BPMs to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day November 2.
Following the call, the ISO will publish its responses, which will be made available in a matrix on the initiative page linked above. A notice in the Daily Briefing will announce when the matrix is posted. Stakeholders or other interested parties should sign up for the Daily Briefing, a once-a-day email summarizing that day's notifications.
A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO's permission.
