Please RSVP by July 25 if planning to attend in person. Comments on the meeting materials and discussion are due August 10.

The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder workshop for July 27, 2016 to follow up on the ISO's commitment made at the March 2016 Board of Governors meeting, to continue discussing outstanding issues for demand response and storage for the Commitment Cost Enhancements Phase 3 initiative. Presentation materials for the workshop will be available July 25 on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/CommitmentCostEnhancementsPhase3.aspx.
The workshop will continue discussions from the workshop held on June 15, 2016, focusing on outstanding issues, such as opportunity costs, outage cards, and use-limitation data, which could use additional clarification and information. The workshop will enable the ISO and market participants to determine where each issue would be most appropriately addressed, either through Business Practice Manual clarifications, tariff language under the Phase 3 tariff filing, or if necessary, additional stakeholder efforts.
