The ISO has updated the Commitment Cost Enhancements Phase 3 Structured Scenarios document to version 1.4 and is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/StructuredScenarios-CommitmentCostEnhancementsPhase3.pdf.  This update provides a higher level of detail in order to clarify the scenarios.

Market Participants who plan to participate in the scenario must submit up to five resources per Scheduling Coordinator (SC) via the Masterfile User Interface in Market and Performance (MAP) Stage by September 5.  If you have already submitted Use-Limited Plan Data Templates (ULPDT) for use limited registration, you can submit the same ULPDT for Market Simulation testing.  All ULPDTs submitted into MAP Stage will automatically be accepted for Market Simulation purposes only.  SCs should continue to participate in the standard Use Limit Registration process to ensure validation of actual Use Limitations for Production Activation on April 1, 2019.
