The California ISO has posted an updated version for market participant review, which includes both a clean and redline version of its Business Requirements Specification for its Dispatch Operating Target Tariff Clarification initiative. This document provides business requirement clarifications that will be included in the fall 2020 release. The updated business requirement specification includes clarifications to the changes expected in the Automated Dispatch System.
