The California ISO will hold a working group meeting on July 26, 2021, where stakeholders will have the opportunity to present proposed solutions to the issues outlined in the Energy Storage Enhancements (ESE) issue paper. Workshop participants and the ISO will have the opportunity to discuss the merits of the proposed solutions with workshop presenters. The ISO is providing this opportunity to help guide the development of a straw proposal, which will be released following the workshop and comment period. If interested in presenting, please email draft presentations to James Bishara at jbishara@caiso.com by end of day July 12.

This working group meeting is open to all stakeholders. Stakeholder presentations will be available for review by July 19, with all meeting material available prior to the web conference on the Energy Storage Enhancements initiative webpage.

In addition, the call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
