The following changes were made to the schedule:
- Expanded February Board of Governors meeting to Feb. 6-8, 2019
- Added Feb. 7-8, 2019 EIM Governing Body executive session meeting
- Changed the Mar. 12, 2019 EIM Governing Body meeting location to Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, 330 Tijeras Avenue NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico
