The California ISO has posted a comments template along with an updated product specifications document from the February 9, 2017 Frequency Response Phase 2 working group. The comments period has been extended to March 17 and a second working group is scheduled for March 24.

The ISO posted a Frequency Response Phase 2 comments template along with an updated product specifications document to its webpage at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/FrequencyResponsePhase2.aspx.

The comments period has been extended to close of business March 17, as discussed during the February 9 working group. Please submit comments using the template available at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/CommentsTemplate-FrequencyResponsePhase2WorkingGroup-Feb92017.docx to initiativecomments@caiso.com.

The ISO has scheduled a second working group meeting for March 24, 2017 to collaboratively discuss the methodology and market design options for primary frequency response competitive procurement system.
