The ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on November 20 to discuss the addendum to the draft final proposal for the interconnection process enhancements initiative.

The addendum has been posted to the initiative webpage at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/InterconnectionProcessEnhancements.aspx and includes the following topics:

• Item 7.1 - Maximum Cost Responsibility for Network Upgrades and Potential Network Upgrades
• Item 11.1 (NEW) - Interconnection Request Acceptance
• Item 11.2 (NEW) - Validation Criteria

The two new topics are being added to remedy issues experienced during the Cluster 11 interconnection request and validation process.

A web conference will be available for stakeholder convenience. In addition, the call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO's permission.

A presentation will be available prior to the web conference on the initiative web page linked above. Please submit written comments on the draft final proposal to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day December 3.
