The California ISO is hosting a public stakeholder call on November 28 to discuss the Local Market Power Mitigation Enhancements revised straw proposal, which is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/RevisedStrawProposal-LocalMarketPowerMitigationEnhancements.pdf. 

An agenda and presentation will be available on the initiative webpage prior to the call at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/LocalMarketPowerMitigationEnhancements2018.aspx.

Please submit written comments on the revised straw proposal and call discussion to initiativecomments@caiso.com by end of day December 7.

The call will be recorded and the video file posted on the webpage at the link above for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO's permission.
