As part of the Congestion revenue rights transparency enhancement effort, the California ISO is now publishing transmission constraint shift factors for all nodal locations, including Aggregated Pricing Node (APnodes) to market participants authorized to access this data.
Previously the ISO only published shift factor data at Pnode locations. The APnode shift factors will be included in the same csv files, using the same format as the existing files located in the Market Participant Portal at https://portal.caiso.com.

The new shift factor data publication schedule will follow the existing 3-day availability delay.
APnode shift factors will be provided starting with trade date Feb. 29, 2020. Shift factors for Feb. 29, 2020 will be available March 3, 2020.
