Effective July 1, 2020, any existing customer who would like to make a change to their banking process (ACH, Fed Wire, ACH DD) or make a change to their current banking information on file with the California ISO, will need to complete the Electronic Transfer Funds (EFT) form and submit the request through the Customer Inquiry, Dispute and Information (CIDI) portal via a ticket. This effort was implemented in order to heighten security and add additional protection for our customers. If banking changes are received via email for existing customers, we will request the change be submitted through a CIDI ticket. Customers currently going through the onboarding process will continue to work with the onboarding team for banking implementation.
