The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

2360 Real-Time Generator Forbidden Operating Regions, version 6.3, effective April 18, 2019.

• Sections 1 & 3.1: Reverted the changes made in the version 6.2 update so they now reflect Scheduling Coordinator responsibility and actions.
• Minor format and grammar updates.
