Periodic Review:

Moved components of the procedure detail to the background information.

Updated display names, changed “after the fact” to “after the current operating hour”, and updated the monitoring to 50 minutes after the hour.

Removed the Transmission Desk task #4, as it is redundant. Updated references to After-the-Fact throughout for consistency and added “Personnel” in Responsibilities section.
