RC0320 Outage Review and Coordination, version 3.0, effective July 1, 2020
Rewrite of Section 3.3 - Changed Pacific Southwest call from a daily call to an ad-hoc call, which is initiated only when a significant issue is identified for discussion. Both regional conference calls now held on an ad-hoc basis.
