The California ISO has posted the proposed Participating Transmission Owner (PTO) Per Unit Cost Guides to the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/informed/Pages/StakeholderProcesses/ParticipatingTransmissionOwnerPerUnitCosts.aspx. A call has been scheduled on March 8, 2019 to review the proposed guides with stakeholders.
The ISO Generator Interconnection Procedures require PTOs to annually update and publish their per unit costs for use during the current interconnection study cycle for estimating the cost of facilities required to interconnect generation to the ISO grid.
Please submit comments on the proposed guides to initiativecomments@caiso.com by March 22.
