The California ISO Business Practice Manual (BPM) Change Management process enables the ISO and affected parties to appeal a final decision for reconsideration on a Proposed Revision Requests (PRR) to an appeals committee. The appellant reply briefs for PRR 1139, Updates to Nature of Work Attributes for Generation Outages and Outage Reporting Section, and PRR 1181, Attachment B Changes to Support Tariff Section 4.6.4, have been posted to the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/rules/Pages/BusinessPracticeManuals/Default.aspx.
The remaining deadlines in the PRR 1139 and 1181 appeals process are as follows:
- March 19, 2020 - Stakeholders may submit supporting/opposing briefs, limited to four pages.
