The California ISO will publish the September 2018 T+18M monthly recalculation settlement statements on April 8, 2020, to make adjustments resulting from the resolution of a dispute under Section 13.2.1 of the ISO Tariff.
Charge Code 8831 (Monthly Resource Adequacy Availability Incentive Mechanism Allocation) is changed due to Charge Code 8830 (Monthly Resource Adequacy Availability Incentive Mechanism Settlement). Billing for these statements will be reflected on the weekly invoice issued on April 14, 2020.
The associated interest will be reflected on the daily initial statement for trade date, April 12, 2020, under Charge Code 7989 and 7999. Disputes may be submitted in accordance with section 11.29.8.4 of the ISO Tariff; resolution of valid disputes related to incremental data changes will be reflected on a subsequent recalculation statement.
