The California ISO will publish the August 2017 T+36M monthly recalculation settlement statements on Sept. 4, 2020, to make adjustments resulting from the resolution of a dispute under Section 13.2.1 of the ISO Tariff. This dispute was the subject of a June 23 order by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, California Independent System Operator Corp., Order Granting Waiver Request, 171 FERC ¶ 61,250 (2020), available at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/Jun23-2020-LetterOrderGrantingWaiverRequest-RAAIM-ER20-1552.pdf.
The adjustments will include a total of $537,872 under Charge Code 8831 (Monthly Resource Adequacy Availability Incentive Mechanism Allocation) with credits to Charge Code 8830 (Monthly Resource Adequacy Availability Incentive Mechanism Settlement). Billing for these settlement statements will be included in the weekly invoice issued on Sept. 9, 2020.
The associated interest will be reflected on the daily initial statement for trade date Sept. 13, 2020, under Charge Code 7989 and 7999.
