Scheduling coordinators seeking use-limited status for their eligible resources or wishing to maintain use-limited status from November 1, 2018 forward must complete the updated registration process detailed in the Use-Limited Resource Guide Book.

Registration must be completed by submitting a Customer Inquiry, Dispute and Information (CIDI) ticket including the following information:

• Use Limited Registration in the subject line.
• Use Limit Plan Data Template
• A detailed explanation of why the unit is subject to operating limitations
• Additional documentation as described in the Use-Limited Resource Guide Book.

Use-limit resource registration submitted by June 22, 2018, will afford the best chance of allowing the ISO to validate the use limit status requests prior to market simulation for Commitment Costs Enhancements Phase 3 (CCE3), which will occur in September 2018.  Registrations received after June 22, 2018 will still be processed, but may be at risk of not completing the use limit registration process prior to September market simulation.

Resources that have not completed the use-limit resource registration by August 22, 2018 will have the USE_LIMIT flag set to 'N' for the September market simulation.
