Resend: Un-enforcement of SCE_PCT_IMP_BG Constraint
The California ISO will un-enforce the SCE_PCT_IMP_BG transmission constraint from its real-time and day-ahead markets effective trade day October 1, 2013.
The ISO will un-enforce the SCE_PCT_IMP_BG transmission constraint from the its real-time and day-ahead markets effective trade day October 1, 2013. The ISO will no longer monitor the power flow on the operating limit associated with the SCE_PCT_IMP_BG constraint in its real-time operations, nor take out of market actions to ensure the operating limits are not exceeded. Additionally, the ISO will retire the Import Limit Definition and Management in Support of Under-Frequency Load Shedding (UFLS) technical bulletin currently located at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/TechnicalBulletin-ImportLimitDefinitionandManagementinSupport-Under-FrequencyLoadShedding_UFLS.pdf.
