Resource Interconnection Fair 3/11/20; Registration Now Open
Registration is now open for the California ISO’s annual Resource Interconnection Fair scheduled on March 11, 2020 at its campus in Folsom, California.
This educational forum is intended to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to learn more about the ISO’s interconnection process. Experts will explain the steps required in order to achieve a successful interconnection to the electric transmission system and participation in the wholesale energy markets.
A series of presentations and discussions will highlight all of the requirements needed for interconnecting a new resource to the ISO. Topics discussed range from submitting an interconnection request application to declaration of commercial operation. The relation of storage and distributed energy resources to the overall process will also be discussed. Transmission projects will not be addressed at this fair.
Those encouraged to attend the fair include:
Anyone interested in submitting an interconnection request application in the April 2020 application window
