Save the Dates: The 2017 Stakeholder Symposium, Immediately Followed by the California-Germany Bilateral Energy Conference 2017
The California ISO is pleased to announce the dates of the 2017 Stakeholder Symposium, which will occur on October 18-19, 2017 in Sacramento. The ISO is also pleased to introduce a first-of-its kind forum, called the California-Germany Bilateral Energy Conference 2017, hosted by the California Energy Commission in partnership with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. This event will begin immediately following the Symposium on October 19 and conclude early afternoon on October 20. Stakeholders are encouraged to save the date for both events.
The ISO’s Stakeholder Symposium will take place at the Sacramento Convention Center on October 18-19, 2017. The Symposium is a unique forum where stakeholders and policymakers discuss important issues that are transforming the electric landscape. Now in its ninth year, the Symposium is the largest electric industry event on the west coast, attracting sold out audiences in excess of 1,000 persons. For updates and additional information, please visit the ISO’s website here.
Immediately following the Symposium, the California Energy Commission is partnering with the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy to host a special two-day event called the California-Germany Bilateral Energy Conference 2017. The conference will include discussions on best practices in the integration of renewable resources and will begin immediately after the Symposium on October 19, concluding on the afternoon of October 20. This event will take place at the California Department of Health and Human Services auditorium in downtown Sacramento. For additional information about this event, please visit the California Energy Commission website here.
Guest registration for both events will open in the coming weeks. The ISO will provide guest registration instructions, additional information and exhibitor materials in a future market notice.
