The California ISO has postponed the public stakeholder meeting scheduled for Dec. 17, 2018, intended to discuss the draft final proposal for the Storage as a Transmission Asset initiative.
Upon further consideration of broader unresolved market policy issues, the ISO has extended the timeline of this initiative. As a result, the ISO has allocated more time to developing the next proposal, now the third revised straw proposal, which is anticipated to be posted in late December. A market notice announcing a new date will be posted three weeks prior to the meeting.
