Validated Project Sponsor Applications for the Delaney to Colorado River 500 kV Transmission Line Project
The California ISO posted a list of project sponsors whose applications for the Delany to Colorado River transmission line are deemed valid. The ISO will next consider whether these project sponsors are qualified and then select which qualified project sponsor will finance, own, construct, operate and maintain the Delaney to Colorado River 500 kV transmission line.
The ISO posted to its website a list of project sponsors whose project sponsor applications for the Delaney to Colorado River 500 kV transmission line project satisfy the information submission requirements. The list is available on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/List-ValidatedProjectSponsorApplications-Delaney_ColoradoRiverProject.pdf.
In accordance with section 184.108.40.206 of the ISO tariff, the ISO has validated these project sponsors for further consideration and evaluation in the project sponsor qualification and selection processes. The ISO evaluated the applications based on information submitted by the project sponsors to finance, own, construct, operate and maintain the Delaney to Colorado River 500 kV transmission line.
In accordance with tariff section 220.127.116.11 and the 2013-2014 transmission planning process phase 3 sequence schedule, the collaboration period for Sequence 3 opens January 13, 2015 and closes January 28, 2015.
