The California ISO has posted the list of project sponsors whose applications for the Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line have been deemed valid. The ISO will next consider whether these project sponsors are qualified and then select which qualified sponsor will finance, own, construct, operate and maintain the Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line.
The ISO posted to its website the list of project sponsors whose applications satisfy the information submission requirements and are valid for the phase 3 Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line project.
