Validated Project Sponsor Applications for the Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV Transmission Line Project

 

 

Summary

The California ISO has posted the list of project sponsors whose applications for the Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line have been deemed valid.  The ISO will next consider whether these project sponsors are qualified and then select which qualified sponsor will finance, own, construct, operate and maintain the Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line.

The ISO posted to its website the list of project sponsors whose applications satisfy the information submission requirements and are valid for the phase 3 Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line project.  The list is available at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/List-ValidatedProjectSponsorApplications-HarryAllen_EldoradoProject.pdf.

 

In accordance with section 24.5.2.2 of the ISO Tariff, the ISO validated these project sponsors for further consideration and evaluation in the sponsor qualification and selection process.  The ISO evaluated the applications based on information submitted by project sponsors to finance, own, construct, operate and maintain the Harry Allen to Eldorado 500kV transmission line.

 

In accordance with tariff section 24.5.2.3 and the 2013-2014 revised transmission planning process phase 3 sequence schedule, the collaboration period for Sequence 4 opens June 19, 2015 and closes July 6, 2015.
