On June 17, 2021, FERC approved an uncontested settlement regarding Greenleaf Energy Unit 2, LLC under FERC Order Docket No. ER20-1947. The California ISO will distribute the resettlement amount pro rata by the Load Ratio Share of the scheduling coordinators of the impacted Transmission Access Charge (TAC) Area in January 2021 and February 2021 (1/1/2021 - 2/23/2021).

The disbursement will be included under the Neutrality charge code (CC 8989) on the April 27, 2023 T+9B initial settlement statement, publishing on May 10, 2023. Billing for this statement will reflect on the weekly invoice, issuing on May 10, 2023.
