The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on Feb. 21, 2023, to discuss the 2023 Revised Policy Initiatives Catalog and Draft Roadmap as part of its Annual Policy Initiatives Roadmap Process.
The ISO plans to post the revised 2023 Policy Initiatives Catalog and the draft Policy Initiatives Roadmap to its website prior to the meeting. The additional time needed to prepare these documents is necessary to carefully consider the prioritization of which initiatives move forward based on feedback received from stakeholders and overall prioritization efforts.
The Policy Initiatives Roadmap Process begins with the update to the comprehensive Policy Initiatives Catalog. The updated catalog is then used to inform a high-level, market vision roadmap. The roadmap lays out policy initiatives the ISO will undertake in the near term and their approximate policy development and implementation timeframes.
The revised 2023 Policy Initiatives Catalog, draft Policy Initiatives Roadmap and additional information related to the annual process will be available on the 2023 Annual Policy Initiatives Roadmap Process webpage. A presentation will be available prior to the call on that same page.
Please submit comments on the revised 2023 Policy Initiatives Catalog and February 21 stakeholder call discussion by February 28, using the comment template that will be available prior to the call on the Annual policy initiatives webpage linked above.
