California ISO posts draft of operating procedure 4420 for availability until the update is published and effective
MESSAGE

The California ISO has posted a revised draft of the operating procedure referenced below.

 

4420 System Emergency, version 15.0, effective date to follow.

Section 3.2.1 and Definitions: Added Assistance Energy Transfer.

Moved enabling (Reliability Demand Response Resource (RDRR) from Section 3.6.3 to Section 3.6.1.

Section 3.6.3: removed step to file OE-417.

Definitions: updated RDRR description.

Capitalized the term Operating Instruction throughout the document.

Minor format and grammar edits.
