The California ISO has posted the Capacity Procurement Mechanism (CPM) Enhancements Track 2, final proposal and draft tariff language. CPM Enhancements Track 2 is an ISO tariff-required stakeholder initiative to consider updating the CPM soft offer cap, which is based on 120% of the levelized going-forward fixed costs of a combined-cycle gas turbine (CCGT).

Please submit written comments on the final proposal and draft tariff language by end of day Aug. 31, 2023, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
