In response to requests from stakeholders, the California ISO has extended the comment deadlines for the Transmission Service and Market Scheduling Priorities (TSMSP) Phase 2 straw proposal, and the draft 2023 policy initiatives catalog. Comments on the TSMSP Phase 2 straw proposal are now due September 16, and comments on the draft 2023 policy initiatives catalog are now due September 23. Since the original deadlines were in close succession, the ISO has extended the comments deadline for the two initiatives noted above to give stakeholders more time to engage and provide robust comments.
