The California ISO will hold public stakeholder working group meetings on Oct. 30, 2023 and Nov. 14, related to greenhouse gas (GHG) coordination. The Oct. 30 working group will be held virtually, and the Nov. 14 working group will be offered in a hybrid in person and virtual, format. If you plan to attend the Nov. 14 working group in person, please register by end of day Nov. 10. For both meetings, a separate registration is required for virtual participants to receive a link to join the meeting, which can be received by completing the pre-registration forms linked under “Participation details” below.
The Oct. 30 virtual working group meeting will continue discussion from the Oct. 19 working group meeting on the stakeholder proposed problem statements received through written comments on Sept. 27. In preparation for that meeting, stakeholders are encouraged to review the presentation and revised discussion paper available on the GHG Coordination working group webpage.
During the full-day hybrid meeting on Nov. 14, the working group will hear from several stakeholders who indicated their interest to present their problem statements or areas of expertise related to a problem statement. If you have not yet indicated an interest to present on a problem statement but would like to do so, please email ISOStakeholderAffairs@caiso.com. Limited interest in in-person participation for the Nov. 14 meeting may result in the ISO changing the meeting to a virtual-only format. The ISO will notify stakeholders of any changes to the meeting format through a notice in the Daily Briefing.
The working groups will be recorded and the video files posted to the webpage linked above for a limited time. The recordings are for informational and convenience purposes only. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
Please submit written comments on the revised discussion paper and October 19 and October 30 working group meetings by end of day November 2, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the working group webpage.
