The California ISO has implemented the Rules of Conduct Enhancements Initiative, Track 1, with a tariff effective date of April 1, 2024. The informational filing we submitted to FERC today regarding the effective date, is available on the Regulatory filings and orders webpage.
The ISO submitted the tariff language to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on Jan. 12, 2024 in docket no. ER24-872-000. FERC issued an order approving the tariff revisions on March 22, 2024.
