This notice clarifies the discussion from the Interconnection Process Enhancements 2023 - Track 2 stakeholder call held on Feb. 15, 2024. The California ISO proposes to revise the Phase Angle Measuring Unit data resolution from 30 samples per second to 16 samples per cycle as stated in the Interconnection Process Enhancements 2023 initiative - Track 2 Draft Final Proposal and presentation. This data resolution would provide the ISO 960 samples per second. Both documents are correct. This change would not become effective until approved by the ISO Board of Governors and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
