The California ISO will hold a public stakeholder call on Feb. 21, 2023, to discuss the Market Issues Bulletin: Incorrect Inclusion of Base Energy Transfers in Greenhouse Gas Attribution. The ISO identified an issue with the inclusion of base energy transfers in greenhouse gas attributions for the real time market spanning April 2021 to January 2022. The ISO fixed this issue in the market solution in January 2022. This issue was originally discussed in the June 16, 2022 Market Performance and Planning Forum. The ISO has completed the assessment of this issue and has published a market issues bulletin that describes the issue, estimates the market impact, and identifies the proposed action.
