The California ISO has posted the final agenda for the Market Surveillance Committee teleconference meeting on April 24, 2024. The objective of this meeting will be for the Market Surveillance Committee to discuss Price Formation Enhancements: Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap Straw Proposal.
