The California ISO will offer a training webinar on Sept. 19, 2023 to review the features of the New AIM Certificate Process for User Access Administrators (UAAs). This webinar will cover changes to affected business processes and software applications as related to this project. The target audience for this session are the User Access Administrators (UAAs) who are responsible for creating and renewing certificates within their organization.
A video file recording will be available within three business days after the webinar in the ISO Learning Center.
