The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.
3140A TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision, version 6.2, effective Oct. 12, 2023.
Updated data request 6.8.2 from discussions with Data Exchange Working Group (DEWG) on 9/13/23 and Joint Cold Weather Task Force, per North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Alert 3, and email for data request from New Resource Implementation (NRI) to Resource Data Template (RDT) team. Added a note to 6.2.8 In accordance with Full Network Model Schedule posted RC Portal > Western Interconnection Model library for new resources. Updated data requests 1.13, 6.10.1, and 6.10.2 in preparation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 881 on dynamic ratings. Added request 2.24 based on feedback regarding battery storage Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data. Minor punctuation edits on Exceptions tab.
10/17/23 - Errata Change: Updated data requests 1.13 and 6.10.2 to mention " as applicable to FERC 881".
