Periodic Review: Removed North American Electricity Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standard sub requirement to BAL-002-3, as it is no longer listed. Minor formatting edits and updated procedure links.
2210D Ancillary Service Blocking and Disqualification, version 4.1, effective Feb. 1, 2023.
Section 1.4: Added consideration for real-time Ancillary Services (AS) blocking (“system condition, unit issue, or software issue”).
5320 Resource Trial Operations and Test Energy Process, version 4.2, effective Feb. 1, 2023.
Periodic Review: Updated to CAISO where applicable. Updated NERC Requirements, including removal of INT-004 due to retirement. Removed version history prior to five years and minor edits in Section 5 for procedures consistency.
