2330 Real-Time Exceptional Dispatch, version 14.5, effective Nov. 9, 2023.
Removed Legacy Reliability Must Run (RMR) and changed reference to Non-Legacy RMR to just RMR. Note that the Oakland Units 1 and 3 remain Legacy RMR until 1/1/24.
Added note that State-of-Charge (SOC) Hold Exceptional Dispatches (EDs) be of FIXED Instruction Type and GoTo of 0 (zero) Mega Watts (MWs).
2330C Exceptional Dispatch Instruction Type Codes, version 7.5, effective Nov. 9, 2023.
