3200 Normal Operations Planning Process, version 6.3, effective Oct. 26, 2023.

Removed references of the RC’s Coordinated Outage System (COS), as this is no longer applicable with RC West. Minor formatting and grammar edits.

3210 Transmission Outages, version 17.2, effective Oct. 26, 2023.

Section 3.3.4 and 3.4.3: Added new tasks for Transmission Induced Generator Outage (TIGO) for stranded generation scenario. Replaced Generation and Transmission “Desk” with “Dispatcher”. Removed history prior to five years, minor formatting and grammar edits.

3220 Generation Outages, version 6.2, effective Oct. 26, 2023.

Section 3.6: Addition third bullet about intertie impacts with CAISO generator connected to a non-CAISO system. References section: Added IRO-017-1 under North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standards. Replaced Generation “Desk” with “Dispatcher”. Removed history prior to five years.
