Updated Purpose and Statement of Authority to address the new administrative oversight role of RC Operators by Managers of Real Time Operations, who will continue to respect and maintain the independence of the RC staff with respect to RC Operating Instructions. Reviewed by Real-Time Working Group (RTWG) and RC Oversight Committee (RCWOC).
