RC0120B RC West IRO-010 Data Specification for Adjacent RCs, version 4.3, effective Apr. 5, 2023.
Annual Review: Added RC-5.17 and RC-5.18 for items communicated in real-time via webOMS (Outage Management System) that were previously listed in RC0130. Added exceptions to data requests in coordination with El Paso Electric Company (EPE) and Western Area Lower Colorado (WALC).
