Updated data request 6.8.2 from discussions with Data Exchange Working Group (DEWG) on 9/13/23 and Joint Cold Weather Task Force, per North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Alert 3. Added a note to 6.2.8 In accordance with Full Network Model Schedule posted RC Portal > Western Interconnection Model library for new resources. Updated data requests 1.13, 6.10.1, and 6.10.2 in preparation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 881 on dynamic ratings. Updated template name for request 6.15. Added request 2.24 based on feedback regarding battery storage Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data.
