RC0120A RC West IRO-010 Data Specification, version 6.3, effective Oct. 12, 2023.
Updated data request 6.8.2 from discussions with Data Exchange Working Group (DEWG) on 9/13/23 and Joint Cold Weather Task Force, per North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Alert 3. Added a note to 6.2.8 In accordance with Full Network Model Schedule posted RC Portal > Western Interconnection Model library for new resources. Updated data requests 1.13 and 6.10.2 in preparation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 881 on dynamic ratings. Updated template name for request 6.15. Added request 2.24 based on feedback regarding battery storage Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data.
10/17/23 - Errata Change: Updated 6.10.1 for RC Data Gathering Template, System Voltage Limits and Stability Limits Template change due to FAC-11, FAC-14 Standard change which has impact on the RC System Operating Limits (SOL) methodology. The effective start date of the new templates is 12/27/23, which will be modeled with a production date of April 2024.
