The California ISO has posted the comment template for the Straw Proposal and Feasibility Assessment on Rules for Bidding Above Soft Offer Cap following the Price Formation Enhancements (PFE) working group call on April 23, 2024. Please submit written comments on the Straw Proposal and Feasibility Assessment by end of day April 30, 2024.
As a reminder, the comment template for PFE working group session 16 Fast-Start Pricing Analysis is available with comments due May 10, 2024.
We acknowledge that this timeline represents a significantly faster turnaround than our usual processes, which is not ideal. However, we are committed to being responsive to the urgency and the desire for an interim solution by this summer.
