The California ISO has posted an Issue Paper and Stakeholder Recommendation for Policy on Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap resulting from the Price Formation Enhancements (PFE) working groups. In an effort to reflect stakeholder feedback on this topic, we request written comments on the paper by April 19, 2024, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the PFE initiative webpage.
