The California ISO has scheduled a public working group stakeholder call on April 23, 2024, on the expedited efforts around Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap, to discuss elements of both the already published Issue Paper and Stakeholder Recommendations as well as ISO Straw proposal to be published Monday, April 22.
The straw proposal for Rules on Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap and presentation materials will be posted to the PFE initiative webpage prior to the call.
As a reminder comments on the Issue Paper and Stakeholder Recommendation are due Friday, April 19, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the PFE initiative webpage. Stakeholders can pre-register for the April 23, 2024 public working group call now.
