The California ISO has posted the Price Formation Enhancements Rules for Bidding Above the Soft Offer Cap Straw Proposal and Feasibility Assessment for the scheduled public working group meeting on April 23, 2024. During this meeting, stakeholders will discuss elements of both the previously posted Issue Paper and Stakeholder Recommendation and the ISO’s straw proposal and Feasibility Assessment of stakeholder proposed solutions to continue conversations towards potential policy development. Stakeholders can pre-register for the April 23, 2024 Price Formation Enhancements working group meeting.
