The California ISO has postponed the April 27, 2023 stakeholder meeting on the Ancillary Service State of Charge Constraint (ASSOCC) until the third quarter of 2023 and a notice will be sent once this meeting is rescheduled. The straw proposal comment deadline of May 11 will also be rescheduled.

The ISO is committed to a stakeholder process to explore compensation when storage resources are subject to the ancillary service state of charge constraint.
