The California ISO has changed the format for the Price Formation working group meeting on Jan. 24, 2024, from a hybrid format to a virtual-only format due to the spike in COVID levels in Sacramento, El Dorado, Yolo, and Placer Counties. The meeting will focus on Scarcity Pricing.

The ISO also posted a memo featuring Mike Cadwalader's comments on the analysis from the ISO presentation on fast-start pricing on Dec. 11. This memo suggests potential modifications to the analysis and is available on the webpage linked above.
